THE ROPEWALK: BUSINESS PLANNING & STRATEGIC DEVELOPMENT
Working with senior management and Trustees at The Ropewalk, Wafer Hadley has helped the team develop high-level strategic approaches that will shape the development of the organisation over the next five years. Our approach has involved close working with the CEO and organisational partners, engaging in business modelling, visioning, and action planning. We have been able to support in crucial areas including bid development and evaluation planning. Our aim has been to do this in a light touch but incisive way, that maximises consultancy value within the limited resources of this agile organisation.
