For 15 years DARE has been the flagship partnership between the University of Leeds and Opera North and is widely regarded as the pioneer and model for partnership between higher education and the arts. Wafer Hadley was commissioned to conduct a review of DARE, improving the understanding of the partnership’s activity, and looking ahead to its future direction.
