CREATIVE SCOTLAND: CROWDFUNDING REVIEW
Creative Scotland engaged the Wafer Hadley team to review its crowdfunding activity 2020-2023, during which time it had piloted programmes with crowdfunding platforms Crowdfunder and Kickstarter.
Our review explored the experience of participants in the programmes, the internal processes at Creative Scotland, and the overall outcomes of the crowdfunding approach. We identified ways to improve support to creative businesses, as well as defining the unique strategic value of the programmes and how delivery could be improved.
