ARTS COUNCIL ENGLAND: CULTURAL PROGRAMMES AT SPORTING EVENTS
In 2022, three major sporting events attracted funding from Arts Council England for their cultural programmes: the Birmingham Commonwealth Games, the Women’s Euros and the Rugby League World Cup.
Arts Council England commissioned Wafer Hadley to review these three programmes and consider how the investment supported the Arts Council’s strategy, and how future investment relationships can be optimised.
